Biography

Chong C. Park, Esq. is a licensed attorney of more than 20 years. He practices law in the state and federal courts of Northern, Virginia, and in Washington, D.C in all aspects of litigation in elder law and fiduciary matters. Mr. Park has lived in Northern Virginia most of his life. He received his bachelor's degree in psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Mr. Park earned his law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. He and his family live in western Loudoun County enjoying rural life with the ability to appreciate all that eastern Loudoun County has to offer.

Mr. Park represents personal representatives (executors and administrators) of estates in the probate process. He assists clients to comply with reporting and accounting requirements, asserting claims on behalf of the estate, and defending against claims asserted against the estate.

Mr. Park also represents beneficiaries and other successors in challenging personal representative's actions, or inaction. in order to obtain and/or preserving their beneficial interest as intended by the descendant and the law.

He shares his knowledge of Virginia guardianship and conservatorship laws, and local courts' interpretation and application of these laws, with his clients so that they can make informed, educated, and often life-changing decisions for their loved one.
